The objective of this Beef + Lamb Heritage campaign was to re-position the Quality Mark and place the “local butcher” at the heart of their expertise. The campaign also launched Beef + Lamb CEO Rod Slater as the face of the organization.
Art direction was a huge component due to the complex period backdrops. And once we nailed that we had to endure the challenging conditions of a night shoot in a giant fridge. But with a winning crew, the unceasing support of the host butchery, and a steady stream of hot drinks we made it through the night in good nick.
